Prototyping

Cut
The material is processed using precision cutting systems optimized to meet the required technical specifications. This step ensures that the resulting components are precise and ready for subsequent processing.
Shaping
Using cold mechanical forming processes, we develop specific geometries and shapes without resorting to thermoforming. This approach preserves the material’s elastic and physical properties, ensuring performance and long-term stability.
Quality control
