Shock absorption
Our solutions are designed to mitigate repetitive stress that, over time, can compromise materials and structure. By reducing the cumulative impact, we help improve product durability and comfort during prolonged and intensive use.
Vibration damping
The vibrations generated during movement are filtered and dampened, reducing fatigue and enhancing perceived stability.
This results in greater control, precision and concentration, even in the most demanding conditions.
Collisions absorption
In the event of sudden impacts, the materials are able to rapidly absorb and dissipate energy, limiting the transmission of force.

Using cold-forming processes on our proprietary production lines, we process technical materials such as PU, EVA, PE, and EPDM in thicknesses ranging from 3 to 50 mm, while also incorporating advanced solutions like PORON®, Flexalon®, and D3O® to ensure shock and vibration absorption, lightness, durability, and, above all, comfort.
